We want you to love your Healing Habit. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because our blends are consumable, we can’t accept returns on opened packages. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re trying The Healing Habit for the first time and don’t love it, we offer a one-time refund on your first pouch — no hard feelings.
Just email us at hello@thehealinghabit.com within 30 days of delivery, include your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We may ask for feedback to help us improve, but no return is required.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
